\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el Claustro de estudiantes?<\/h4>\n

Es el conjunto de estudiantes regulares de las carreras del IFDC Bariloche.<\/p>\n

Tienen derecho a elegir dos representantes titulares y dos suplentes para conformar con voz y voto el Consejo Directivo. El Consejo Directivo es el \u00f3rgano colegiado que gobierna el instituto junto con el Equipo Directivo. Est\u00e1 formado por docentes, ESTUDIANTES y egresados.<\/p>\n

Eso quiere decir que el estudiantado, a trav\u00e9s de sus representantes, tiene voz y voto en las decisiones del Consejo Directivo.<\/p>\n

Si quer\u00e9s saber que se trabaja en el Consejo Directivo pod\u00e9s hacerlo\u00a0<\/span>aqu\u00ed.<\/a><\/p>\n

Para poder ser representante del Claustro de estudiantes el Reglamento Org\u00e1nico Marco Res: 2425\/16 establece que:\u00a0<\/span>\u201cArt\u00edculo 41\u00ba.<\/a>\u2013 Requisitos Estudiantes. Para ser consejero por el claustro de estudiantes se requiere ser estudiante regular del Instituto, y haber cursado y aprobado por lo menos el veinticinco por ciento (25%) de la carrera correspondiente\u201d<\/p>\n

<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Dado que se trata de un proceso democr\u00e1tico que garantiza la representaci\u00f3n de los tres claustros en el \u00f3rgano colegiado se establece la obligaci\u00f3n de la participaci\u00f3n en el acto eleccionario:<\/p>\n

Art\u00edculo 18\u00ba<\/strong>.- Justificaci\u00f3n de no emisi\u00f3n de voto.- La Junta Electoral es responsable de receptar todas las causales de justificaci\u00f3n por no haber emitido el voto, con relaci\u00f3n a todos los claustros. En el plazo de cinco (5) d\u00edas h\u00e1biles posteriores al acto electivo, la Junta deber\u00e1 remitir al Consejo Directivo del IFDC la n\u00f3mina de personas que no votaron y que cuenten con causa justificada, a fin de evitar la aplicaci\u00f3n de las sanciones conforme el Art\u00edculo 19\u00ba, de la presente norma.<\/p>\n

Art\u00edculo 19\u00ba.-<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>Sanciones.-<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>El voto es individual, secreto y obligatorio para todas las personas que figuren en el padr\u00f3n electoral.\u00a0<\/span>El estudiantado que estando en condiciones de hacerlo no justifique debidamente su ausencia no podr\u00e1 rendir ex\u00e1menes finales<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>en el turno siguiente al acto eleccionario; el profesor y egresado que estuvieren en la misma condici\u00f3n no podr\u00e1n votar y postularse como candidato en la pr\u00f3xima elecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Consideramos fundamental la participaci\u00f3n de los estudiantes en la vida institucional.<\/p>\n
